- In Bigg Boss Season 16, Abdu Rozik surprised another contestant Nimrat KAur Ahluwalia on her B’day. Abdu doesn’t speak Hindi therefore he was not aware of the words written on his back. Sumbul touqeer Khan wrote I love Tatti on his back with help of Sajid Khan. This act was slammed by many viewers and later Sajid and Sumbul apologized to Abdu for this shameful act.
- In July 2023, Abdu was heavily slammed by netizens after he shared a video on social media in which he was seen getting out of blanket where a man and a women were sleeping, hinting as a threesome.
